Welcome to Faire la Paire. We are committed to provide you with a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. Kindly read the following terms and conditions before placing your order(s). General
From time to time, we may modify or update these Terms and Conditions. By using this website, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. To keep updated of the changes, it is advisable that you check this page regularly.

Pricing Policy
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars.

Products Policy
Every effort will be made to ensure that the colour of the products depicted in the pictures are accurate. However, there may be slight discrepancies due to photo-shoot lighting conditions and the actual colours displayed on your monitor.

Exchange/Return Policy
We do not allow for the exchange or return of products. An exchange will only be provided if the item sent to you is incorrect. To qualify for an exchange, please email us within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. Once this duration has lapsed, we will not accept the return of the item. As we operate on a spree basis, you will have to wait for about 2 - 3 weeks before we can send the correct item to you. If the product is out of stock, we will refund you accordingly.

All items to be returned must be returned in brand new condition, in their original packaging with tags (if any) attached via registered mail, cost to be borne by buyer. Kindly inform us of the tracking number thereafter. We will send out the correct item via registered mail only after we have received the incorrect item within 7 days. Should we not receive the incorrect item within 7 days, the exchange will be considered invalid.

Requests for an exchange to a different colour, different size, or different item will be declined. If you have purchased an incorrect size, Faire la Paire will not be able to provide exchange for item.



We will check all items thoroughly before sending them out to make sure that there are no defects. As such, there will be no exchanges for items with defects caused by courier services upon receipt. Should we spot a defect, we will inform you via email while we get in touch with the supplier for a new item. If product becomes out of stock, we will refund you accordingly.



Faire la Paire will not be held liable for merchandise purchased from other source(s) other than this website.



All exchanges are final and further requests of exchanges will not be entertained.

Delivery
We currently offer only Local Registered Postage in Singapore for delivery as bulky items are required to be sent through Registered mail.



A tracking number will be provided to you upon request.



Faire la Paire reserves the right to amend any of the above Terms and Conditions without further notice.
