FAQ


Here are some frequently asked questions that we think might be useful for you as you shop with us. Do take some time to read through this guide should you encounter any doubts. If you have queries that are unanswered here, you may wish to drop us an email at fairelapaire@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.


1. Is there a size guide for me to refer to?
Yes. Under each product description, we provide measurements for each piece and a gauge of the range of sizes it can fit to assist you to make your purchases. All measurements are denoted in inches unless otherwise stated.



2. How do I make an order?
To place an order, simply fill up the order form on our website with the item you want and its specifications. The specifications will include the quantity, size and/or colour if applicable. Alternatively, you can also send an email to us at fairelapaire@gmail.com with the above mentioned details.



3. How do I know whether my order has been received?
Once we have received your order(s), we will send you an invoice with the payment details within 24 hours. If you do not receive the invoice within 2 - 3 working days after you placed an order, do email us to check on your orders. Do also check your junk folder in case the email ends up there.


Please make your payment within the next 24 hours for the order to be confirmed.


If you are paying via ATM transfer, please email to us your bank account number, the amount, date and time transferred, the transaction reference number together with a snapshot of the receipt, and your mailing address.


If you are paying via iBanking, please email to us your iBanking name, the amount, date and time transferred, the transaction reference number and your mailing address.


Once payment is verified, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that we will not entertain any refunds once payment is made, even if it is requested before the deadline of the pre-order.


Kindly ensure that the size, colour of the item and the mailing address are correct as we will not able to amend your order once we have processed it.



4. How long do I have to wait for my items to reach me?
After the pre-order ends, we will proceed to make order for the items. The estimated duration for the items to reach us is about 2 weeks and you will have to allow for another 3 – 4 working days for us to mail the item to you. We will update the status of the pre-order on our website so do check the page out regularly to see the status of your mail.



5. How will my items be mailed to me?
Faire la Paire ships all purchased items through Singpost. Your items will be sent out via registered mail as it is a rule by Singpost that all bulky items are to be sent via registered post.


For registered parcels, a tracking number will be issued by Singpost and will be provided upon request. The package will be delivered to your doorstep by the postman. You can track the status of your parcel at the Singpost website with the provided tracking number.



The cost of registered postage starts from SGD4 depending on the number of units you have ordered. Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any registered parcel. Order(s) which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Speedpost and can be tracked as well.



Please note that the cost indicated for each item excludes the cost of registered postage.



6. Will I be informed in the event that the item that I want goes out of stock?
Yes. If the items that you ordered go out of stock, we will email to inform you and make the necessary refunds to you.


7. Can I ask for a refund or an exchange in the event that I regret the purchase?
No request for refunds and/or exchanges will be entertained. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions on the website.


8. What are the modes of payments that Faire la Paire accepts?
We accept DBS/POSB/UOB ATM and iBanking transfer. We apologise that no interbank transfers will be accepted.
